LL has been in the banking industry for over 15 years, with her last 10 years in Human Resources (HR), particularly in aspects of Risk and Compliance as well as Shared Services.
She oversaw matters relating to both Corporate and Regulatory Compliance as well as Operational Risk. She supported Statutory Reporting and managed activities relating to Representative Notification Framework. She also handled screenings such as credit checks, anti-money laundering checks of all employees.
For Shared Services aspects, she managed a Centre of Excellence for HR processes relating to lifecycle of employees of the Bank and its 5 other subsidiaries . She is a certified Six-Sigma Quality Leader for process improvements.
